TradeJournal ("we", "our", or "us") operates backtesting-journalmytrades.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it. By using TradeJournal you agree to the practices described here.

We do not collect payment information. TradeJournal is free and does not process payments.

Your data is stored on Neon (PostgreSQL) hosted in the United States. Images are stored on Cloudinary. We use HTTPS for all data in transit and bcrypt hashing for passwords. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, though no internet transmission is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and trade data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Third-Party Services
TradeJournal integrates with the following third-party services that have their own privacy policies:
- Google AdSense — advertising
- Cloudinary — image hosting
- Resend — transactional email
- Neon — database hosting
- Render — application hosting
- Telegram — optional bot integration
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent for email notifications at any time from your account settings
